KENOSHA, Wis. — A Trevor woman accused of violating the same harassment injunction on two separate occasions was released Thursday after Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set just $150 cash bail in each of two new criminal cases, for a total of $300, despite allegations that she committed both offenses while already out on bond in an earlier case. Defense attorney Seth Johnson also raised concerns about her competency, prompting the court to order a competency evaluation before the cases proceed.
