SOMERS, Wis. — Miguel Angel Moreno Juarez, 24, of Kenosha, is facing a felony charge after prosecutors say he drove drunk during his second OWI, crashed into another vehicle and injured its driver. Moreno Juarez is charged with felony operating while intoxicated causing injury, second or subsequent offense, second-offense OWI and failure to install a court-ordered ignition interlock device. The felony carries a maximum possible sentence of six years in prison.
