KENOSHA, Wis. — A 19-year-old Kenosha man, Kemarion Orthello Rucker, is at the center of an attempted homicide investigation following the October 24, 2026, shooting of his brother, Kevario Rucker, near 50th Street and Sheridan Road in Kenosha. Newly obtained court documents reveal that detectives believe the shooting occurred inside a moving Chevrolet Tahoe during an argument between the brothers, leaving Kevario seriously wounded and requiring emergency transportation by Flight for Life to a Milwaukee hospital.
