KENOSHA, Wis. — Nicholas J. Naumann, 39, of Kenosha, a repeat offender previously convicted of domestic abuse, pleaded guilty to three crimes Thursday, October 29, 2026, after being accused of threatening to harm a woman and her children, invoking violent street gangs, threatening gang retaliation if she contacted police, possessing cocaine and resisting arrest. According to the criminal complaint, Naumann allegedly threatened the woman's children, including making statements that caused her to fear for their safety at a baseball game, referenced the Gangster Disciples, Cobras and Latin Kings, and claimed he was untouchable. Naumann was previously convicted in a 2022 domestic abuse-related case in which his then-girlfriend told police he threatened to put a bullet in her head, threatened to kill her mother, ripped a security camera from a wall and searched for firearms. Police investigating that incident recovered a Glock handgun loaded with 17 rounds and a shotgun containing four improperly inserted cartridges.
