KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of threatening to blow up a school, kill everyone inside, and murder employees of a local health clinic was charged Wednesday with a felony and a misdemeanor. Kyle R. Kohnke, 36, of Kenosha, faces one felony count of making terrorist threats and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Despite the seriousness of the allegations, Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Kohnke's cash bail at a laughable $150 during his initial appearance Wednesday afternoon. Kohnke allegedly threatened to kill health clinic employees while using racial slurs and warned that he had a bomb he intended to detonate at a school.

Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum is he mentally competent?
Just a guess: They wanted to treat his obvious mental illness, but he just wanted free drugs.
Hopefully neck time he doesn’t make threats
Red neck?
He’s just upset because he accidentally shaved off part of his mustache.
Kidding aside, he clearly need a competency exam.
