Chrystul Kizer is headed to trial for allegedly shooting her sex trafficker, Randall Volar III on June 5, 2018. He was being investigated at the time for serious crimes including sexual assault of children and child porn. The Kenosha DA did not charge him with a crime. We told you how Mike Graveley’s office was responsible, in part for Volar’s death by dragging its feet with the investigation after Kenosha Police recommended many felonies and had mountains of evidence against him.

Kizer wanted to mount an affirmative defense in this case to tell the jurors that she killed Volar because of her being trafficked. The Trial Judge, The Honorable David Wilk denied the use of this defense. Kizer appealed and the court of appeals and was successful. DA Graveley appealed to the Supreme Court and Kizer prevailed again. Kizer can now use the affirmative defense. Today’s court hearing was routine and some deadlines for motions were set and there will be a motion hearing on January 17 of next year. Kizer was greeted by a group of women wearing all red who brought Kizer some well wishes cards. When asked by KCE how she was feeling, Kizer replied with “tired.”

  1. The fact that the evil united state of Israel is charging this young lady says a lot about how racist and evil the failing usi epire is. Sending peace and love from Mexico

  2. Mike Graveley is an embarrassment. Unsurprisingly, he went to UC-Berkeley. No wonder he has no respect for the rule of law- I bet he doesn’t even know what a woman is.

  3. Not sure why people are on this girl’s side…..yeah, the guy she shot was a POS and I’m glad he is dead. He definitely shouldn’t have been out of prison. However, she was hood AF, too, and plotted to kill the guy. She deserves to be in prison, too.

Unfortunately, a lot of women who voluntarily become escorts are using the “I’m being trafficked” defense when they get caught even though they aren’t really being trafficked (because they know people are sympathetic to it). I don’t think this Kizur was some kidnapped woman being forced to be a sex worker.

    1. Wow! You are incredibly out of touch with the psychology of these types of situations. This girl was only 16 when this started. To be clear, SHE WAS NOT A “VOLUNTARY” ESCORT!

      1. Did she voluntarily have her boyfriend Supply the firearm to her illegally, and voluntarily come from Milwaukee (where she would have been safe from him) to his house? Did she voluntarily shoot him, set the house on fire, and drive off in his car, followed by bragging about said car on social media afterwards? I am perfectly happy to wait until after the trial, but I am wondering why so many people are coming to her defense. Wisconsin does not have the death penalty so it’s very difficult for me to defend someone who decided her alleged victimhood allowed her to allegedly kill when the entire state of Wisconsin isn’t allowed to do so.

        1. Because half of the people just want to trash Graveley regardless of who the other party is (which is fine) and the other half are Democrats who want to paint her as a victim because aren’t they all?

          Hope she goes to prison.

BTW….to the poster above sticking up for her….people in Milwaukee are “bout that life” at 16 most times. They are the same ones shooting and killing people every day on the NW side.

    2. This is a very bad take of the situation.

I’m guessing you’re one of those people who think that when a women shows cleavage they’re partially asking to be raped too.

She was 16, age of consent is 18, so

        1. You should probably remain anonymous because you’re an idiot. The fact that you cannot differentiate a 16-17 year old who shoots a gun to be tough, and someone who shoots a person twice their age who is trafficking and has sexually abused them shows your ignorance.

  4. I was on her side at first. As the facts started coming out, her guilt just intensified. Gravely is going to expose her on the stand in a big way.

  5. I read some of the excuses trying to justify this homicide. There is NO excuse for killing someone and then burning the crime scene to conceal what she did. This was planned by her and she should have to spend time in prison.

  6. The problem is men have no respect for the female anatomy. This is a young lady who was trafficked for sex as a minor! Let her get on with her distraught life already. Free Crystal Kizer!!!!!
