According to the criminal complaint, Nerison was at a tavern in the 2700 block of 60th Street in Kenosha just after 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning with about seven others. She and a male subject began to argue and the entire group was kicked out of the establishment.

Outside the tavern is where police and prosecutors say that Nerison started firing towards the group of people out of her SUV. She then accelerated towards the group, drove onto the sidewalk, and hit one of the pedestrians who was knocked up onto the hood of her vehicle. A Kenosha police officer pulled her vehicle over immediately, but she convinced this officer that she was fleeing from a man who was shooting at her. The officer let her go because he feared there were others in danger.

Nerison was later positively identified by a witness in a photo lineup. She was also identified by another witness who was attempting to enter the bar during the shooting. Police recovered five 9 mm shell castings at the scene.

Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner Loren Keating, a former cop, quickly dismissed Caley’s argument, stating that a high cash bail was needed. He set the cash bail at $50,000. Nerison seemed confused by the high amount and asked her attorney very loudly, “So I have to stay in jail?”

She is due back in court on November 2, 2022, for a preliminary examination.

  1. Sounds like the officer who pulled her over is a fucking moron and needs to probably be fired. Let her go? WTF.

I am all for the police…..but we would do society a huge favor if we get rid of the STUPID ones.

    1. And WTF…..times 2…..the DA asked for a SIGNATURE BOND!? It has to suck to graduate like in the bottom 20% of your law school class and then go to work as an ADA (and make no money and be shitty at your job, to boot).

      1. Oops, misread…..I thought the DA asked for the low bond. You can just substitute ADA with public defender, rest still holds true.

  2. Are you kidding me? Lunch box and Binger said in the Rittenhouse closing that being in a bar fight was “normal” and maybe the person is to much of a coward to fight with fists. Has anyone noticed that Twin Lakes has had almost zero deaths from Heroin since oh IDK, a bar patron was attack and defended himself against a mob. Oh that’s right, the DA fought hard to keep the drug dealing out of the self defense trial. Good luck lady, and stay off the jail house phone…

  3. Ok I was a police officer for 30 years . I have to say that the first officer was a bone head . He didn’t detain her until back up arrived . What possible reason could you give to the patrol supervisor for that ?

  4. Whos district is this in? Wondering if these alderman and supervisors ever reply on these incidents in their own areas. Or is that only when it fits their narrative? Curious Kevin if you could find out the most crime areas and interview them alderman and supervisors.

      1. You don’t see police on Facebook being activists and deciding who to attack. These hack ass aldermen and supervisors use their position to advocate their position. So don’t try that crap. Look at bergs Facebook. Perfect example of the hypocrisy. But keep hiding the truth. Berg was so vocal the shooting that caused RIOTS. Was his district. When was the last time he or anyone posted their district had a shooting? None because it wasn’t a media getter. #protip. He’s a fake

      2. Your trying to give them a pass? They are elected officials who brag about being democrats. Maybe the proof is in the pudding. They only care about them selves while crying about republicans
