A Kenosha man was indicted yesterday, January 26, 2021 in Federal court on two criminal counts. The first count stemmed from Howard being accused of knocking a Kenosha Police Captain unconscious by throwing a heavy object at his head the day of the Jacob Blake shooting. The second count alleges that Howard was in possession of (39) .45 caliber ammunition cartridges when police served a search warrant on his home. Possessing ammunition is illegal for a convicted felon. These two counts come with a maximum combined sentence of 15 years in a federal prison.
Prior Record
Many might be surprised to know that Howard has an extensive criminal record. He was indited in Federal court before. In Louisiana, he was indited for theft of firearms, and possession of a firearm by a felon. He served more than two years in a federal prison.
Currently out on Bond for pending criminal Case
On 11-11-2019, Howard was in Kenosha Circuit court being charged with:
Domestic Battery (Repeater)
4th Degree Sexual Assault (Repeater)
Criminal Damage to Property (Repeater)
Disorderly Conduct (Repeater)
Soft-on-crime ultra liberal court commissioner Loren Keating released Howard without having to pay any money for bond. (Keating, just yesterday released “the man who shot first”, and accused arsonist Joshua Ziminski without having to pay bond either.) Kenosha DA Graveley could charge Howard with bail-jumping, but it seems unlikely. Howard is expected to enter a plea deal on this State case February 9. Federal prosecutros are not as easy on violent felons as Kenosha DA Mike Graveley’s office.

I’m sure the Democratic Party and Biden’s administration will be soon to say how this is wrong and condemn violence. Kidding. We all know they won’t.
Signature bond for this? Really disappointed in Larry Keating…..this called for much more than a signature bond.
Why didn’t Kenosha News show any of these photos along with their story on the federal charges? Rittenhouse has a beer with some friends and they include 10,000 pictures of him. Hmm who really has the “privilege?”
Very good question. 1, they are lazy, two, ultra liberal.
