Kenosha Man Accused of Strangling Woman After Fireworks Show

KENOSHA, Wis. – A 31-year-old Kenosha man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after police say he strangled and assaulted a 28-year-old woman following the July 3 fireworks at Paddock Lake.
