Kenosha Police Department Is Seeking Help With Identifying A Sexual Assault Suspect

On November 13^th, 2024, at around 11:40 PM, the suspect approached a female Carthage College student and sexually assaulted her on the campus of Carthage College. The suspect also gained unauthorized access to a Carthage College educational building. Carthage College staff confirmed that the suspect was not a student.

The suspect made comments regarding Urbana, Illinois, leading the victim to believe that he may be from Illinois. After sexually assaulting the victim, the suspect fled on foot, eventually leaving campus in an unknown vehicle in a southbound direction. The suspect is 5’7” tall, male, tan skin, and approximately 20-25-years old.

Carthage is not a secure campus, and they downplay incidents like this. After the assault in May,2024, we learned only one of the entrances has cameras. That non-student assaulter also got into the school building. Tried to talk to Swallow, but he refused to meet with us.
