What is Swatting?

Swatting is a dangerous prank in which false reports of violent crimes or emergencies are made to trigger an armed police response. These hoaxes not only endanger lives but also strain emergency resources. Law enforcement agencies across the country are working to track and prosecute those responsible for such false reports.

The Kenosha Police Department continues to investigate this incident and remains committed to ensuring the safety of all students and staff in the community.

  1. Hmmm. Convenient timing for something like this to occur. Now KUSD and liberal groups will be using this to fearmonger votes for their referendum.

  2. If they catch who did this (Solis-please listen), the minimum sentence sought should be at least one day for every single persons day who was disrupted by this. Each student, each teacher, each secretary, each cop, each fireman, each custodian…. Set an example please.

  3. People pull these stunts thinking they are harmless, but
nothing could be further from the truth.
They put dozens, if not hundreds of people’s lives at risk.

Post the names of all involved, regardless of age.

Thank you for promptly reporting on this, Kevin

  4. Even if it was real, they would have just put the kid through to juvenile court and given him a year of detention….

  5. What ever happened to the student posting threats at Indian trail with the loaded gun? Court commish gonna help bury it in juvenile so we can’t see the report and mistakes made

  6. I sure do !!
    October 2022.
I remember all the police. All the fire trucks. All the ambulances. All the 3 letter agencies in town showing up at Bradford.

Then over the next week all the talk about how people could have gotten hurt or worse as part of that massive response !!

If this person ever gets caught, I hope our DA not only throws the book at them but the kitchen sink too !!

    Not Funny !
