KENOSHA, Wis. — Donavon J. Castillo, now 15 years old, the same teen first charged at age 14 for allegedly planning a school shooting last year, has been arrested again — and during this latest incident he allegedly attempted to disarm a police officer, according to law enforcement sources, after the FBI flagged him as a potential mass-shooting threat and alerted Kenosha Police.

Jodi meijer has to go. And her bestie kerkman. What was this kids plea deal ? That he could never own a gun and then request for his record to be expunged when he’s 17. Weirdo judges she sucked as an attorney and she is worse as a judge !
This is very scary. Good job FBI thank you!!
Jodi Meijer goes to a catholic church and I’ve heard her speak in front of the congregation. She’s as fake as a 3 dollar bill
Throw this piece of sh*t in jail already!
Nice work Kenosha DA, how foolish do you look for not addressing this problem child 👶 over a year ago. Keep giving people chances, your recklessness is putting the entire community in jeopardy. Thank you FBI!
“laptops belonging to KUSD sentence in story so how many other kids have more than 1 laptop that is being paid for by Kenosha taxpayers? Great job KUSD for giving another computer and not collecting previous computer. It is the taxpayers that foot the bill for lazy staff!
Great job FBI, now we need to make sure nobody else drops the ball. He cannot be allowed to step foot on the sidewalk again until after he has been tried. If reasonable people can’t take care of this then unreasonable ones will probably pop up. Let’s do it right.
I’m so grateful I made the decision to switch to homeschooling this year. It gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to worry about unpredictable situations at school. A few years ago, there was an incident that shook me to my core: a student brought a loaded gun in his backpack to Bradford. My kids sat right next to him at lunch. The thought still haunts me—one accidental discharge, or one moment of anger, and my children might not have made it home.
What unsettles me even more is that this student was allowed back at Bradford the following year. In my view, someone who enters a school building with a loaded weapon does not do so without intent. That choice alone should have been enough to prevent him from returning to the same school. At the very least, he should have been transferred to Hillcrest.
This is the kid whose mom said his behavior was because of his “ADHD” and was excused by his IEP.
It’s the same excuse for bad behavior told by every parent these days it seems.
Yep. “He has ADHD it’s not my fault” is the new excuse for every parent. They hand out ADHD diagnosis like candy these days. Are they even looking at this kid’s parents? Where are they in all this?
ADHD meds (amphetamines) and the anxiety meds commonly prescribed to little kids these days can be a factor in these kids of violent behaviors.
Every kid has some form of ADHD, even I did. But instead of letting them grow out of it, the medicated these days.
That’s not really ADHD it’s normal kid behavior. But instead of letting a kid be energetic or curious or occasionally naughty, we call it ADHD and put them on drugs. It’s no wonder kids are acting up like this.
Its the shots
Well- when the police end up shooting him (or any citizen for that matter) blame the judges for letting him out. He needs to be locked up, and tested and evaluated long term to help society understand where the malfunctions happen; so the system can prevent loss of life.
Those aint even real guns. The airsoft BB guns
