KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who admitted to driving with a suspended license and causing a serious crash that left a motorcyclist badly injured has been allowed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor and will be eligible to have the conviction wiped from his record after one year.

So sick of this BS. I guess we need to get some new laws that expressly state that when a judge bails on justice, both the person he/she lets off with virtually no punishment AND the judge, will have their locations published daily so that friends & family can take over in the absence of any court justice.
No, I’m not kidding. Anything this guy does for the next couple of years should be done to this judge. Same for Court Commissioners.
Traffic offenses cannot be expunged.

So this message from the judge says: It’s ok to cause an accident and get an innocent person driving on the road hurt. You can do work release. Then if you are a good boy and have no new charges for a year, the violation will be taken off your record. This is ridiculous!
