Pleasant Prairie, Wis. — Three convicted sex offenders have been released into the Village of Pleasant Prairie and will be under close supervision, the Pleasant Prairie Police Department announced Monday.
The department, working in coordination with the Sex Offender Registration Committee, issued community notifications for Perfecto Navarro Jr., Gonzales Williams, and Jon G. Kubart. Authorities emphasized that while none of the men are wanted by police at this time, public notification is being made to enhance safety, awareness, and protection.
Perfecto Navarro Jr., 62, has been convicted of First Degree Sexual Assault. He will be residing in the 12100 block of 120th Court. Navarro is classified as a lifetime registrant with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program and will be subject to electronic monitoring. Conditions of his release prohibit unsupervised contact with minors, contact with his victim, and the consumption of drugs.
Gonzales Williams, 64, was convicted of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. He will be residing in the 12200 block of Sheridan Road. Like Navarro, Williams is a lifetime registrant and will be monitored electronically. His release conditions also prohibit unsupervised contact with minors, contact with his victim, and the use of illegal drugs.
Jon G. Kubart, 63, was convicted of Third Degree Sexual Assault. He has been placed in the 11200 block of Old Green Bay Road. Kubart, too, is a lifetime registrant and will be electronically monitored. His restrictions mirror those of the other two offenders.
Police Chief David Smetana stressed that citizen abuse of the information—such as through threats, intimidation, or harassment—will not be tolerated. Officials said the release notifications are not intended to incite fear but to ensure that the public remains informed.
Each of the men is required to register face-to-face with law enforcement and comply with standard conditions imposed by their parole agents. Any violation of these rules will lead to immediate apprehension and investigation.

Why does the sex offender map not label Pleasant Prairie parks, allowing dangerous criminals to live near them?
The same database lists Kenosha’s parks, churches, daycares and schools. Yet Pleasant Prairie only has churches, daycares and schools and not a single Pleasant Prairie park is listed on their maps.
With negligible apparent effort one can research and determine that there are many sex offenders released into Pleasant Prairie and allowed to live near parks.
Does the Kenosha statute on sex offenders living within a certain proximity of a park not apply to villages located within Kenosha County? Is this some sort of conspiracy?

I wish they’d castrate these guys before letting them out, not chemically either. Put a band around them and let the things slowly die and fall off.
Are they living with relatives or are taxpayers supporting them?
These are typically run down places where they put them, like Kings Motel which I believe is the 120th Court address. It’s off the frontage road from Prime Outlets!! Total dump!!
