
SALEM LAKES, Wis. — An Illinois man, Wilbur D. Hughart III, 58, was charged Monday in Kenosha County Circuit Court after deputies said he crashed his car while overdosing, leading to the discovery of packaged fentanyl, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.

“Possession with intent to deliver”? Sounds like possession with intent to use. This could be another case of cops and prosecutors overreaching — yet again.

Who cares, it’s drugs. Nothing useful and a drain on society. Lock the trash away as long as possible.
Upon a conviction, those caught with drugs & intent to sell should be made to ingest whatever they were in possession of.
