KENOSHA, Wis. — Racine man Allevon R. White, 39, was charged Monday after prosecutors say he drunkenly pointed a handgun at another driver during a road rage incident and fired a shot as the man sped away. White, who is also charged with third-offense OWI, was released on only a $2,500 cash bail by Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen “Half-Off” Henry despite prosecutors asking for $20,000 cash bail. He is due back in court on April 14 for a preliminary hearing.
