KENOSHA, Wis. — Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II on Tuesday ordered Charles A. Wade, 17, of Waukegan, Illinois, held on $50,000 cash bail after prosecutors charged him and a 15-year-old co-defendant identified in court records as M.C.R. with two counts of armed robbery as parties to a crime, possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct while armed, and possession of THC following what police describe as a gunpoint robbery inside a Kenosha residence that ended with officers chasing the pair near the Kenosha Metra station and recovering two loaded handguns hidden near railroad tracks.
