WHEATLAND, Wis. — Louise R. Heeg, 47, of New Munster, and Danny R. Anderson, 61, also of New Munster, have been charged after a Kenosha County Sheriff's Office deputy allegedly discovered a house being used exclusively to house cats in conditions so unsanitary that neighbors complained the smell of feces and ammonia could be detected blocks away, while the deputy reported leaving the residence covered in more than 100 live fleas that later contaminated his squad car.
