WHEATLAND, Wis. — A 37-year-old Oak Creek man who allegedly admitted using methamphetamine and the powerful psychedelic drug DMT, claimed he was "the chosen one," fought Kenosha County Sheriff's deputies over imaginary demons inside a squad car, and damaged a fireworks store was charged Tuesday with four criminal offenses. Jesse P. Miller appeared before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel "Catch & Release" Kellum on October 13, 2026, where Kellum set a $1,500 cash bail. Miller initially faced six charges, including burglary and felony criminal damage to property, but Kellum dismissed two counts after defense attorney Benjamin Schwarz challenged the sufficiency of the criminal complaint. Miller, who was already out on no-cash bail in a pending Brown County felony methamphetamine case, now faces two felony bail-jumping charges and two misdemeanors.
