KENOSHA, Wis. — A 58-year-old Kenosha man is facing a felony strangulation charge and two additional domestic abuse charges after allegedly choking his girlfriend during an argument about why she was watching television instead of applying for jobs. Adam G. Kashi, 58, of Kenosha, appeared in court Friday, October 30, 2026, before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum, who released him on no-cash bail despite allegations that he squeezed his girlfriend's neck hard enough to temporarily prevent her from breathing.
