KENOSHA, Wis. — A 69-year-old Kenosha man is facing a felony and four misdemeanors after police say he terrorized his bedridden ex-girlfriend, struck her with her own cane, threw a bucket of urine on her, and used a rifle-style BB gun to intimidate her from calling police. Kenneth F. Hand Sr. appeared in court Friday, October 30, 2026, before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum, who set his cash bail at only $750.
