Serious Violent Incident On Kenosha’s 57th Street Leaves Young Woman Hospitalized; Police Investigating

KENOSHA, Wis. — Kenosha police and firefighters responded to a residence in the 1700 block of 57th Street early Saturday morning, October 31, 2026, after receiving a report of a young woman suffering from a possible gunshot wound to the head. Initial police radio traffic described the woman as 18 years old, although a source told Kenosha County Eye that she maybe 20. The source also indicated that the injury was not caused by a gunshot but was very serious. The woman's current condition remains unknown, and Kenosha police have not officially confirmed the nature of her injuries as of publication.
