KENOSHA, Wis. — A 28-year-old Union Grove man who was already out on bail in two separate criminal cases, including a felony sexual assault case in Racine County, is facing three new criminal charges after police say he entered a woman's garage without permission while armed with a baseball bat and knife, then refused repeated commands from officers who confronted him. Dmitry V. Zellmer, 28, of Union Grove, appeared in Kenosha County Intake Court Friday, November 6, 2026, before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel "Catch & Release" Kellum, who set his cash bail at only $500.
