KENOSHA, Wis. — Two Kenosha brothers, Jesse J. Bailey-Prescott Jr., 22, and Branden J. Bailey-Prescott, 20, are facing serious felony charges after a woman told police they locked her inside a garage, forcibly removed her clothing and sexually assaulted her while she feared she would be killed. Both men appeared Friday, November 6, 2026, before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum, who imposed $250,000 cash bail on each defendant, totaling $500,000. Both brothers are charged with first-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment and battery following the alleged November 4 attack.
