A woman called 9-1-1 just after midnight on November 29, 2022. She told police that a man just threatened to kill her. The woman went outside to check on a man who was laying on the horn for several minutes. When she approached the vehicle he asked her if she “wanted to die.” The woman said “no” and the man said back, that she should go inside or he will kill her. The man then took off at a high rate of speed and hit a neighbor’s mailbox. The woman captured the man driving back towards her and some neighbors. Police began to search for the vehicle and some other neighbors outside pointed out Terry Feest’s house. The KPD officer felt the hood of the car and indicated it had recently been running. There was a small scratch on the  on the passenger side mirror.

Officers then knocked on Feest’s door and yelled “POLICE.” Feest finally came to the door, armed with a handgun and exposed penis. Officers took cover behind the garage and ordered Feest to drop the weapon (gun). Eventually, Feest dropped the gun and showed his hands to police. He refused to come outside and shut the door. Kenosha Police Officers then were deciding on how to proceed. Feest then exited the home and surrendered. Feest denied driving the car in the last couple of hours, but a nearby ring doorbell contradicted this statement.

While enroute to the jail, Feest told a KPD officer “I fucking hate the police” and called the officer an “asshole” and “motherfucker.” Feest was photographed and fingerprinted. The officer escorted Feest back to his squad car to take him home. Feest told the officer “you obviously don’t know me.” The officer took that as a threat. Feest then smiled, shook his head, and laughed at the officer. Feest then gave the officer the “1000 yard stare” and appeared to want to fight him. His face appeared to have tightened up and his teeth were clenched. The officer ordered Feest into the car, but Feest stopped short, and said “have you ever met a real Navy Seal?” This was an apparent attempt to intimidate the officer.

The sole count against Feest is a misdemeanor. This isn’t his first DC arrest. Feest was accused of pushing a private investigator when he was being served civil papers on October 14, 2019. Feest was apparently upset because a local gumshoe used a ruse to get him to exit his house and accept service. According to the police report, a Pleasant Prairie Police Officer could detect the odor of intoxicants emitting from Mr. Feest’s breath. Upon viewing the body cam footage, Mr. Feest repeatedly refused to answer the officer’s inquiry as to if he pushed the P.I. The Kenosha DA’s office dismissed the charge as part of a plea deal.

According to court records, the state alleged that Mr. Feest has acted similarly to two other men who attempted to served him in the past. One was alleged to be hit by Feest. Also, it is alleged that Mr. Feest threatened a City of Kenosha weed and grass inspector with a baseball bat after being given a warning for tall grass and weeds. According to the inspector, he said “fuck off” and “if you come on my property I’ll beat the fuck out of you!”

Feest is due in court for his initial appearance on April 19, 2023, at 1:00 pm.

  1. Did I read this correctly? The police were giving him a ride home after they had him booked for some weapons/DC charge. Since when do cops do that? I hope that someone will tell me that I read that wrong. Are only a few select people given this white glove treatment?

    1. Misdemeanors are not held in jail until they see a judge- only felonies are, with exception to domestic violence arrests.

I doubt the officers were happy to have to do that, but its likely just the procedure. I can’t think of a statute off hand that would meet the criteria of being a crime for answering the door gun in hand (unless it was pointed at someone) even if the people knocking are officers. Chime in if anyone else has a crime in mind that was committed. Overall, sounds like a terrible situation to be in. The officers surely have my support.

    2. Did ya read the article? He’s a bad to the bone Navy Seal!!!

      Thanks for your service Terry!

Can you please keep your clothes on?

  2. So glad we have a district attorney who doesn’t bother pressing charges against people who will obviously harm others again and again. It’s so efficient this way when you don’t have to spend all that time and Court trying to prove a case. Just plea bargain most of it away and practice your surprised face for when he snaps next time.

  3. The Kenosha DA’s office ( and all decent sized cities) are overwhelmed with charges coming over from law enforcement in their jurisdictions. They chose a long time ago to just plea everything down, instead of actually keeping the real criminal charge of what it should be. Next, you have the judges who give weak sentences for most things. Also, probation and parole has become extremely lax on what they will revoke probation/parole for, thanks to the guidance from Madison. Police still send the exact same cases/charges over, the DA’s and judges drop the ball from there. This is nationwide, and we see the outcomes here in Kenosha.

    1. I love our officers in Kenosha and I have complete trust that they will protect us, God Bless them one and all.

    2. Given how many violent threats he’s made against others, how has he not had his guns confiscated? Red flags, anyone? I fear for our police officers safety! Suicide by cop??

  4. You get what you vote for ! You want a socalist DA who refuses to do his job . You got it by electing Gravley . You want judges who allow plea deal after plea deal you got via elections !
So the people are a victim of there own hand !

  5. Apparently the officers werent threatened by Terry sans pants…Guess he aint packing too big of a stick??

  6. Would love to belly-up and hear some of them Navy Seal stories!

Terry Feest….The man. The myth. The Legend!

  7. We live near this idiot and it’s not the first time he’s been out in the street nude. Last summer he was passed out on the sidewalk nude?? I don’t think the police arrested him, I think the issue was mental instability. But hey, this guy still has his guns!

    1. For sure! If his dick was down hopefully pulling weeds on his lawn ..but can it reach down more than 2 inches?

If it was up hopefully neighborhood kids are looking up instead of down cuz Terry might be looking to fly to Mars!

    1. If anyone knows a family member they can petition the court for help. Family can get help from his family doctor. Someone needs to get this guy evaluated before he is plastered all over national news!

    1. I think the second pic is from a year ago as the aforementioned ‘neighbor” said he was lying on the sidewalk in the middle of the night…cement head

      1. Actually, the first photo is from his previous DC charge when he pushed the aforementioned gumshoe when he was getting served due to an unpaid debt….one of MANY unpaid debts! He has previously been teflon; no complaints stuck. But things are getting sticky now! So PLEASE, put that teeny weeny thing away!

  8. Looks like same dude who was passed out at Moose Club Pavilion couple weeks ago ….pissed all over himself.

    Sad…

  9. Terry Feest, I was trying to place the face to the name. After thinking about this for a while I remember he scammed a friend out of thousands of dollars. Wow, to think his life is falling apart. My greatest concern is for our community, am I alone on that?

    1. Absolutely concerned about community ,family , neighbors.

But hey …it’s Terry’s life, we just gotta live in it!
