We told you about the arrest of three extremist progressives in late April. We also told you how Kenosha DA Mike Graveley broke protocol to order their release from jail. Today, Barker and Cardinali were expected in court for their initial appearances. Both were a no-show. They were both found guilty by default and fined $150 each. DA Mike Graveley didn’t handle the prosecution of these cases, however. Zeke Wiedenfeld, the DA in Walworth County did. The Sheriff’s Office asked that these three be charged with criminal disorderly conduct, and Justin Blake, with an additional charge of obstructing. He didn’t give police his name, as required to do by law. The Walworth DA only charged them with non-criminal civil forfeitures. Blake has yet to be charged with anything, signalling the possibility that Wiedenfeld is giving him a free pass, as he did his nephew Jacob Blake. Wiedenfeld handled the prosecution of Jacob Blake for the sex assault case and dropped the felony, letting him plead to the misdemeanors. For the incident that kicked off the Summer, 2020 riots, Wiedenfeld didn’t charge Blake with any crimes related to his resisting arrest last August. Both of theses cases are now considered closed. If Blake is charged, we will update you.

  1. That’s interesting that Blake was to be charged with obstruction for not giving a name. In July 2018, Officer Rusten sheskey refused to give me HIS NAME or badge number when he came to my home in uniform and threatened to arrest me with fake laws/excuses as a favor for his buddy.

    1. So you couldn’t read his badge? How did you know it was him then? And the difference between the two is that officer you obviously don’t like was not being arrested for breaking the law. Hence the charges against Blake. What is it with people using well what about when this happened, so in your argument no laws should be upheld ever. Because your upset
