Kenosha County Eye regularly reviews the Kenosha DA’s requests for special prosecutors. They are forms that DA Mike Graveley (D) signs and sends to the Chief Judge, Jason Rossell for approval. KCE noticed an unusual one today. It was signed by the Milwaukee DA, John Chisholm, on August 10, 2022 which made this one suspicious to KCE. Usually Graveley sends cases to Racine or Walworth. No one is talking, however. Reached by email, Graveley said he can’t talk about the specifics because the case is pending. The Milwaukee DA won’t talk either. According to the form, the matter was referred by the Kenosha County Corporation Counsel, or legal department, on August 2, 2022. They won’t return our emails and the County Executive, Samantha Kerkman didn’t respond either. This is KCE’s second time requesting comment from the new County Executive and both times we were ignored.
According to a source familiar with the investigation, the target of this alleged criminal probe is outgoing Sheriff David G. Beth. We reached out to Beth, and didn’t get a response.

David Beth conspired with Ray Rowe to sell drugs in Kenosha County. Rowe was the DARE officer, so he had access to at-risk youth. Rowe and Beth created a fake organization, as discussed in an earlier KCE article, to funnel money away from the DARE accounts. This is why Beth endorsed Rowe in the primary: to continue the crime. Beth and Rowe belong behind bars!

Honestly a bit disappointed Chairman Nudo went after Evers only in his letter and didn’t include this pussy on how he allowed Kenosha to burn. He had all the authority to stop it before it started as Sheriff.
When Dave Zoerner wins the sheriff’s race, I am hopeful he launches a full scale investigation into David Beth’s mishandling of Kenosha burning and more. If this hearsay of running drugs is true and Rowe is a part of it, he needs to be criminally investigated as well. We are sick of the corruption and want these degenerates held accountable and if implicated and/or convicted NO PENSIONS!!
Perhaps the powers that be will find Keystone Sheriff Beth guilty of something as his fuck ups allowed those satanist/jew criminals bodies to lay scattered about Sheridan road from that blessed white boy named Kyle. Also, while it’s on my mind. Honold played his cards by putting a big orange sign in front of communist Dave Beth’s driveway. It was a big orange “fuck you” to republicans. Honestly, seems like a nice guy..
