A lawyer for a Kenosha woman has filed a notice of claim with the Kenosha Unified School District and Kenosha County, which is a document that typically is followed by a lawsuit. In the document, the woman describes being at the Bradford High School graduation ceremony at Indian Trial High School on June 5, 2023. The letter says that at approximately 7:03 pm, she was struck in the head by a “negligently thrown water bottle.”
The letter goes on to say that the throwing of the water bottle was caught on camera and the video concludes that the bottle was thrown by William Haithcock, the district’s chief of school leadership, a high-ranking position at KUSD.
The woman says her head and ear drum were damaged and her medical bills will exceed $10,000.
KCE reached out to the district, which acknowledge receipt of the notice of claim but cannot comment due to the possibility of pending litigation.

Months after the fact….. 10k? Sure ?
Gathering evidence takes time. That’s why statutes
of limitations are fairly generous, time wise.
Love when ambulance chasers get involved. {Eyeroll}
Was probably an empty bottle too. Hope she loses and gets stuck with KUSD attorney fees + her fake $10k+ medical bills. Loser.
Empty or not… the chief of leadership shouldn’t throw anything into a crowd. Ever. I hope the dipshit loses his job at the very least.
Poor judgement and decisions doesn’t make a frivolous $10k lawsuit acceptable.
For a water bottle ? your a Lip-Tard if you did the same thing you would say not a big deal.
Injured or not, the incident should not have occurred. Haithcock is a poor example of a public servant. His juvenile actions and lack of good judgement need to be addressed.
Let’s see the video, then we can decide.
Funny….
She gave me a stroke and a thanks for slapping my dick on her ass.
Thank God my cumshot didn’t get me a law suit.
There is no excuse for this Behavior, Role model!!!!!
I hope she gets the 10 k and He gets fired!!!!!
I was there when the incident happened and the water bottle was indeed full. The lady looked like she’s 100 pounds soaking wet. It hit her hard. Y’all always think someone is lying or always trying to sue someone.
It was definitely someone’s great grandmother. Just not cool at all.
