Megan Oster-Schultz was a champion figure skater in the 2000’s. She was the 2006–07 Junior Grand Prix Final bronze medalist. Oster-Scholtz is now a long-time figure skating coach and off ice trainer. She’s now in hot water for allegedly dangerous behavior that fortunately resulted in no injuries.
At about 7:41 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2024, Kenosha Police were summoned to the 3600 block of 40th street to what was reported to be a car crash with injuries. Upon arrival, Kenosha Police officers suspected Oster, a motorist involved in the crash, to be intoxicated. She was allegedly found with open intoxicants in her car and her 8-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
Kenosha Police found probable cause to arrest Oster-Scholtz and referred charges of Operating While Intoxicated With Passenger Less Than 16 Years Old, Keeping Open Intoxicants in Motor Vehicle, and inattentive driving.
The Kenosha County District Attorney’s office is expected to charge Oster Schultz in the coming weeks. An OWI 1st is usually non-criminal, but since there were minors in the vehicle, she faces a misdemeanor crime that faces up to six months in jail, an 18 month driver license revocation, an ignition interlock device for two years, and a fine of up to $1,535.
Since Kenosha Police did not recommend a charge relating to any injuries, it is believed that there were no injuries sustained.
Oster has not yet been charged with a crime and is presumed innocent.
Reached by email, the Village of Pleasant Prairie issued the following statement:
“The Village of Pleasant Prairie can confirm that Ms. Schultz is a part-time employee. While the Village is aware of the alleged incident you referenced, we cannot provide any further comment on the matter at this time.”

“Mini’s” ?
Is that the new”Kiddos” ?
Dumbass!
Sorry I said this.
What if she hit you or one of your children or what if she killed her own children? That was a callous and stupid thing to say
Shut up moron!
Not petty at all its her fault she got behind the wheel with them babies if it was anyone else he would post it also so she needs accountability.

Yawn.
You are in first place for dumbest comment of the day . Congrats
From the guy who abandoned his children!
How can we miss you if you don’t go away?
Huge mistake, but not the end of the world. Hopefully she gets the help she needs, substance abuse can be a mother fucker.
Single moms are the scourge of society.
More so than deadbeat fathers that
leave multiple offspring in their wake?
Please get yourself snipped.
How do you know she’s single? Asking for a friend.
“Hot water?”
Great analogy, Kevin!
Damn. Hope this woke the woman up.
I’d hit that!
Bag the head
what are the results of her alcohol blood test .curious
1st drunk offense. Free to go. This is ‘sconsin. Jeesh maybe she can get picked up for a cabinet position…
“ Oster has not yet been charged with a crime and is presumed innocent” -KCE
Oh she was definitely charged, but not convicted of a crime, yet!
She hasn’t been criminally charged. KPD asked the DA to charge her. They might now due so.
Kevin
Excuse me ignorance, I thought you had to be charged with a crime in order to be arrested.
The police can make an arrest but it’s to the DA to authorize a criminal charge.
Neither one always requires the other.
You can be arrested and released.
You can be charged and turn yourself in.
An arrest is not always necessary.
Definitely NOT charged.
Only arrested.
Obviously she has a problem of addiction. I’ve known many people that have the same problem that are professionals. They’re very good professionals. Including lawyers and doctors that have had addiction problems. They need help just like the rest of us. I hope she gets help.
I normally trash people like this on here but she is a good person and comes from a good family.
People fuck up and make mistakes sometimes….I’m pretty sure she accept the consequences and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Funny I know her and the family too and would disagree. Not good people.
I know your family, too, and you are Dems so….
LOL
Her family are some of the nicest people I know, including you!!
I just want to mention the fact that she also damaged two parked cars including mine!!!! I had just gotten the car not even a year ago as my first car that I worked and saved up for, I am an 18 yr old full time student and work part time and still have no idea if my car is fixable yet as it cannot even be driven and I have been given no insurance information at all.
Still glad God kept her and her children safe just think it’s crazy this mentions nothing about the two other cars affected by this.
I’m sorry about what happened to your vehicle. If you want to call me, I’d be happy to speak with you about more details. Unfortunately, since she has not been charged yet, the police reports are not available
My cell phone number is 847-924-7285
wow … this is SAD !!!!
Thank goodness for insurance.
She is my figure skating coach and is a very responsible person so It’s hard to see as I don’t see her as someone doing this. She has always put her kids first so them being in the back terrifies me. Glad everyone is okay and I hope she can come back from this horrible situation she put herself in! – Love you megan!
“She is my figure skating coach and is a very responsible person…” It’s amazing the standards people have today😂🙄🤦♀️
Have a feeling she wasn’t over the .08 legal limit to be driving and the OWI was a result open container.
That’s not how that works.
that’s the question I asked yesterday .what did the breath test and Blood test results show
Does she have an OF account? May be some here that want to help her pay her upcoming legal fees.
Ummm paying one’s own legal fees is part of learning a lesson.
Maybe someone could pay for the 18 year old’s car she damaged while driving drunk. Or how about rehabs service?
