         1. The police can make an arrest but it’s to the DA to authorize a criminal charge.

10. Obviously she has a problem of addiction. I’ve known many people that have the same problem that are professionals. They’re very good professionals. Including lawyers and doctors that have had addiction problems. They need help just like the rest of us. I hope she gets help.

    People fuck up and make mistakes sometimes….I’m pretty sure she accept the consequences and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

12. I just want to mention the fact that she also damaged two parked cars including mine!!!! I had just gotten the car not even a year ago as my first car that I worked and saved up for, I am an 18 yr old full time student and work part time and still have no idea if my car is fixable yet as it cannot even be driven and I have been given no insurance information at all.

    Still glad God kept her and her children safe just think it’s crazy this mentions nothing about the two other cars affected by this.

13. She is my figure skating coach and is a very responsible person so It’s hard to see as I don’t see her as someone doing this. She has always put her kids first so them being in the back terrifies me. Glad everyone is okay and I hope she can come back from this horrible situation she put herself in! – Love you megan!
