Kenosha, Wis. – A Florida man accused of repeated sexual assault of a child appeared in a Kenosha County courtroom on Friday after skipping a prior hearing earlier this month.
Frank A. Sadewater, 60, of Clearwater, FL, had initially been out on a $15,000 bail, but after failing to appear in court on February 3, Judge Anthony Milisauskas ordered the bail forfeited. In Todays hearing, Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner William Michel II set Sadewater’s new bail at $50,000 cash.
Sadewater was first charged on December 28, 2021, with Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child (At Least Three Violations of First-Degree Sexual Assault). The alleged offenses, which date back to 2011-2015, involve a victim who came forward years later to report ongoing abuse that occurred when she was a child.
Background of the Case
According to the criminal complaint, the victim, identified as “Alice,” made a delayed report to the Delavan Police Department in April 2021. Due to a conflict of interest, the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department took over the investigation. Alice, who was 18 at the time of her report, alleged that Sadewater—her mother’s former boyfriend—sexually abused her over multiple years, beginning when she was in third grade.
The victim stated that the abuse took place at a residence in Delavan, WI, where Sadewater had moved in with her mother. She described multiple instances of inappropriate conduct, including unwanted physical contact and coercion, which continued until she was in seventh grade. The complaint also alleges that Sadewater manipulated her into silence by telling her she would cause her mother emotional pain if she spoke out.
Alice disclosed the abuse to her mother when she was a high school sophomore, but her mother initially did not take action against Sadewater. Years later, upon hearing additional details from Alice, the victim’s mother ended the relationship with Sadewater and assisted law enforcement by providing electronic devices he had left behind.

Legal Proceedings
Sadewater was scheduled for trial once before, but the proceedings were delayed. His current court date, a status conference, is set for March 20, 2025.
The case, originating in Walworth County, WI, is being prosecuted by the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office as a special prosecution. The alleged victim was in court today and addressed the court. She expressed frustration for the delays and wants to see justice soon.
If convicted, Sadewater could spend up to 60 years in prison under Wisconsin law.

Yeah, definitely comes from a 1 branch family tree.
He’s looking……………fit
Yes!
I’d like to know why there is a conflict of interest?????? Why are they not going to do their own case on this in Delavan?
Did he think they would just stop looking for him?
10 extra years for contempt of court.
What an oily little worm.
The mother sounds like as much of a loser as this pig who abused the child. We need the death penalty in place again
Sex crime by a white man, no surprise here. Pedophiles and serial killers.
Not sure why you got 2 thumbs down, different races commit different types of crimes. Unfortunately for us white folks, our races commits the sickest of crimes.
Sex crime by a white man, no surprise here. Pedophiles and serial killers. Much like the dysgraphia shared by their demographic. These traits are prevalent in their colonizing stained hypocritical communities. Coincidentally, their close proximity to the communities their Christian hearts despise, will be their demise as they will be bred out by the likes of the akin heathens of previous posts. Good luck, you dummies.
👍
Troll on, troll LMAO
show the charts and statistics to back it up
No bail should be granted to anyone accused of these crimes.
What is/are the conflict of interest/s that Kenosha County had to take over the investigation, provide judicial oversight of the case, prosecute the case and possibly provide housing in the jail for the defendant?
What a pig! His parents must be so proud!
I knew him from high school. It saddens me to see what he has done with his life. If you were to ask me ,” Do you think Frank could/ would be capable of doing such a despicable thing in hurting a child ?” I would have immediately said ” NO WAY” , !! I KNEW HIM AS A,DIFFERENT PERSON. HE WAS KIND, HELPED PEOPLE WHO WERE ” DOWN ON THEIR LUCK” . MY PARENTS TOOK HIM IN ALONG WITH ANOTHER CLASSMATE WHOSE MOTHERS ,” DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IT MEANS WHEN YOUR SON MAKES A MISTAKE ( IM NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS KIND!!!).THEY JUST THREW THEM OUT TO THE STREET. HOMELESS,INWINTER, SO MY FAMILY SHOWED THEM WHAT A TRUE PARENT DOES. HIS MOM DIED OF CANCER . After High school, he joined the Air Force. He was a year behind me in high school, so he hung out with my brother.and some other neighborhood kids.Life was waaay different than it is now…He was being ” mentored” into going into the church vocationally. His mother was very proud of him.
It REALLY HURTS MY HEART THAT HE CHOSE THIS VILE EVIL Act. I Dont know what has happened to him . I just know that I am in NO POSITION TO JUDGE ( I’M NOT PERFECT, IVE NEVER COMMITTED THIS TYPE OF TRANSGRESSION) BUT IT’S ALL EQUAL AT THE FOOT OF THE CROSS . I’M GOING TO PRAY FOR HIS SOUL. …
