  1. Please Please Mr. Mathewson, find an way to investigate and report the large amount of corruption that is beyond evident in the Kenosha Police Department and the so called leaders of Kenosha. The paying tax payers deserve to know as the Children deserve way better.

      1. Where does one start?

Here’s one. The former chief of police and current city administrator has a fake college degree. Kevin has reported on it, Yet, Morrissey was not penalized at all for this.

Any wonder why the corruption is systemic and generational?

    1. Throw CPS in there too… specifically Lisa Hanson, Jason Burke, and Ron Rogers. KPD doesn’t do anything for the neglected children (through welfare checks) and CPS sure as hell isn’t here for the right reasons. I live near a family that has children of all ages running around the neighborhood smoking vape pens and carts. In the same clothes DAILY for weeks, the house has a smell as soon as you walk past it, and the only time the parents are around is to yell at and berate the kids. I don’t think the kids even go to school. It’s overall a weird place. So many people in and out and you never know who or what kind of weird “enrichment” type ritual you’re gonna see next.

  2. public employees are paid when they are SUSPENDED ?!?!
They call it “administrative leave”. But….
Isn’t that what they do when an officer shoots someone and they are investigating ??
Granted the legal system is a little slow in the charges much less a conviction. Which should be a reason to separate him from the department or to “let him go”.
I would rather owe him money if he’s found innocent than have paid him money waiting for adjudication.

    1. It’s not a suspension, it’s administrative leave. They have to do an investigation first before they can determine if he violated any departmental policies. That’s what the admin leave is for

      8

      1. Ok. Since this internal investigation is not for a charge of law for court, only to determine if he violated policy and if he’s going to be returned to duty, then how long does it take ???
Your logic is that a violation of policy is different than a violation of law.
Should take about 30 seconds to decide that.

Bring drunk enough to get arrested is either allowed by policy or is against policy. Period.
Big decision here ! Not !

The hierarchy is declining to take a stand so as to not confirm or deny the criminal charge.
Make a fucking decision and get this guy off the payroll. If you don’t want to fire him until after the domestic charge gets decided then fine, but until then he doesn’t deserve to work or get paid.
        The department is chickshit !!!!

        1. Does your job fire you immediately if you’re accused of a crime during your off time? Most places wait until the courts decide they’re guilty.

          1. I don’t get paid to sit home !!!

Give him a broom. Let him wash cars.
Something to “earn” his 100K a year. Or immediately have him go into rehab for 30 days if he wants to continue to cash his checks.
It is a company’s decision to pay or not pay for an employee.
In this case it’s not a private company it’s a public entity that employs him. Me and you.
            It’s my MONEY. TAXPAYER MONEY.
I don’t want to pay for a domestic abuser that has a gun to sit fucking home

            2
            4
  3. Career ender if found guilty? I believe with a DV charge in WI you can’t get a CCW. So one would think if you can’t carry a gun you can’t be law enforcement.

    1. According to CCAP, no charges wherever filed. It sounds like the DA declined to prosecution. Probably can’t prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury.

  4. Can’t believe I have 100 mutual friends with this fuck who physically harms women. His fucking wife… wtf Hope he loses his job over this

  5. He didndonuffino!
Latino passions can’t be judged by white bread laws. Haven’t you ever watched a tela novella?
    Ya’all rascist!

  6. it will just fall by the wayside….as usual, nothing gonna happen to that guy…. if it was you or me big change in story….cops are liars plain and simple

  7. …hit his wife then why was he arrested ?

As in another story it was said you can be arrested for drunk and disorderly in your own home.

But an investigation or “the other side” to be heard, shouldn’t take this long.
“Seems” like everyone involved is trying to save this guys career. Make sure he can remain in law enforcement. Maybe even his wife.
But if the DA is including the whole picture for this guy, then the next question is, Is that the way it is for everyone ?? And, is this guy worth saving ??
