KENOSHA, Wis. – Two recent investigations by Kenosha County Eye are receiving major statewide attention after being featured by two of Milwaukee’s most prominent conservative talk radio personalities—Mark Belling and Vicki McKenna.
The first story, which exposed widespread clergy support for convicted child groomer Christian Enwright, was discussed at length by longtime WISN-AM host Mark Belling. The second, detailing the Milwaukee Brewers’ refusal to honor a $12,849 50/50 raffle prize claimed by a Kenosha couple, was the subject of a recent segment by McKenna on her Milwaukee and Madison-based programs.
Belling Criticizes Clergy Who Backed Groomer
Belling, a marquee figure in Wisconsin media for more than three decades, devoted time on-air to KCE’s reporting about Enwright, a former middle school teacher convicted of grooming a 12-year-old student. The controversy erupted after over a dozen Kenosha County clergy submitted letters to the court urging leniency in sentencing. The backlash culminated in a public statement from the Milwaukee Archdiocese rebuking the priests involved.
Belling, known for his unfiltered commentary, questioned the moral judgment of clergy who defended a man who admitted to inappropriate contact with a child.
McKenna Sheds Light on Raffle Lawsuit
Just days later, McKenna, whose voice is a staple on both WISN in Milwaukee and WIBA in Madison, highlighted KCE’s exclusive report about Matt and Annette Flynn’s lawsuit against the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers claim they were just 67 seconds late in attempting to claim a $12,849 raffle prize after a game from 2023. They argue that timestamp data provided by the Brewers was inaccurate and that staff misled them about the claiming process.
About the Hosts
Mark Belling has been a dominant voice on Milwaukee’s airwaves since the 1980s. A Marconi Award-winning commentator, Belling is widely regarded as one of the most influential media figures in Wisconsin. He also occasionally filled in for Rush Limbaugh on the nationally syndicated program before Limbaugh’s death. Belling retired from his daily 3 to 6 p.m. afternoon show on Milwaukees WISN at the end of last year (2024) and is now producing a podcast three days a week on iHeart Radio.
Vicki McKenna is a well-known conservative commentator who hosts daily shows in two of Wisconsin’s largest radio markets. Known for her passionate takes and investigative instincts, McKenna regularly tackles issues of government transparency, education policy, and civil liberties.
KCE’s Reach Growing
The endorsements from Belling and McKenna are a clear sign of Kenosha County Eye’s growing influence not only in southeastern Wisconsin but across the state. Both radio hosts praised KCE’s reporting for breaking stories that mainstream media ignored or buried.

This makes me feel old — remember Mark when he was a liberal in LaCrosse!
…. until it then becomes state and national.
KCE is about the hardest Boots on the Ground Reporting there is ! And Right here in Kenosha !!
People complain KCE is harming reputations.
Might even ruin careers. But truth is truth.
Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
So good to hear Mark and Vicki tell their audiences about our issues. The more people who hear, the more that can influence others to make change.
And isn’t that what news is all about ?
Great Investigative Reporters are far and few between.
Is that a result of politics ??
A result of laziness ?
A result of fear of finding out things you would rather not know ?
We are tired of things being swept under the rug.
Crimes against children being secretly paid off or outright ignored.
Controversial stories where there are no clear cut answers need the light of day for people to demand answers and accountability !
KCE has no fear ! Because truth is Revealing.
Keep it up Kevin. Full Steam Ahead
