RANDALL, Wis. — A Burlington teenager was charged Monday in Kenosha County Circuit Court with disorderly conduct, possession of THC, and misdemeanor bail jumping following an incident over the weekend at the Country Thunder music festival.
Noah Michael Erskine, 18, appeared in court where Court Commissioner William Michel II set a $500 cash bail. He was also cited for underage drinking. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for August 27.
The charges stem from a disturbance Saturday evening at the festival grounds in the Town of Randall. According to the criminal complaint, Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputies were flagged down by festivalgoers who reported that a young girl appeared to be in an abusive situation with an older male. Deputies located a 15-year-old girl, identified only by her initials, who was reportedly drinking alcohol and in possession of liquor. Witnesses told deputies the girl was afraid of Erskine, whom she referred to as her boyfriend.

Multiple bystanders claimed the girl had been choked and had visible bruises, and one said she confided that Erskine had pulled her earring during a fight, causing it to bleed. The girl denied being harmed and declined to cooperate with deputies, who did not observe any physical injuries at the time.
Erskine admitted to dating the girl and living with her. During a search, deputies found a vape device in his pocket containing what he confirmed was marijuana oil.
The bail jumping charge stems from an open disorderly conduct case in Racine County, where Erskine was released on a signature bond in September 2024 with a condition not to commit new crimes. That bond was still active at the time of his arrest at Country Thunder.
