KENOSHA, Wis. — Aleishia K. Harris, 33, of Racine, was in court and charged today after police say she gave a fake name to avoid arrest, caused a loud disturbance that drew neighbors outside, and repeatedly threatened to kick and punch a Kenosha Police officer in the groin during her arrest on Wednesday, according to a criminal complaint filed Thursday afternoon. Commissioner William Michel II set her bail at $1,000 cash, and she is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on November 26.

100% the food involved was purchased with EBT. After all who can afford food when you spend all your money on that F’d up hair.
$1k bail? Pathetic, does this court commissioner actually think he’s buying HIS safety by letting these people out to attack their victims and police officers?
Obviously bat shit crazy.
