KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man was charged today with felony fleeing and first-degree recklessly endangering safety, but despite the serious allegations, Judge Jason Rossell declined to sign an arrest warrant, leaving the defendant not currently wanted by police. The decision comes amid what courthouse sources have described as new policies enacted by Deputy Chief Judge Chad Kerkman that have resulted in far fewer warrants being signed.

This shit show gets more ridiculous by the day
How come Kerkman gets police protecting him when he wants but Kenosha citizens get NO ONE protecting us??
Always been a douche!!
Kevin…do you know when Cuckman is up for reelection?
This kind of stuff is EXACTLY why I drive the largest, gas-hogging vehicles I can buy.
I’m not going to be murdered by a reckless lunatic on 4 wheels if I can help it.
I don’t care if gas is $10 …….. I’ll find the money ……. the “insurance” is worth it.
Sad .. POS Kerkman
