SOMERS, Wis. — A Kenosha man with pending felony cases in Walworth County is facing new charges after a witness reported seeing him repeatedly punch a woman and slam her head into a vehicle window. During his initial appearance Thursday, Assistant District Attorney Sarah Norkus requested a $1,500 cash bail, while Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low Bail" Braun ultimately set a $1,000 cash bail and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 29 before Court Commissioner William Michel II.

“failing to install an ignition interlock device” is a common comment. Apparently, we have no means to enforce it.
What if a requirement to install one also said failure to have a cop sign off that it was done by a certain date meant a bench warrant was issued? I know it could be tricky considering how long it was till they got their license back, etc. But some way they have to prove it. Maybe make it required for anyone on OWI #2 or higher? For life?
