In August, 2023, Kenosha a Police Detective learned that a subject named “Jess” had a large quantity of drugs in the upper unit located at 4524 20th Ave. The detective observed that location on several occasions and noticed that a Ford pickup registered to the defendant was often parked on the street in front of the residence or in the driveway. The detective checked records and determined that the address had been associated with Lambin in 2017 but that she now claims to reside in Racine. On September 7, 2023, Kenosha a Kenosha police officer observed the 4524 20th Ave. residence and saw the Lambin exit the residence and get into the Ford pickup. Lambin drove away but returned to the residence about 20 minutes later. The officer stopped the Ford pickup because its registration was expired and made contact with the Lambin, who was clutching a small purse. She appeared very nervous and claimed that she was “driving home”, but when the officer asked her where she lived, she stated that she was actually in the area to visit a friend. She admitted that she did not know this person’s name and stated that she was just coming from the Post Office. A police supervisor and K9 unit arrived on scene with his drug dog, who alerted to the presence of drugs in the Ford pickup. They searched the Ford pickup and located 9 pills which later tested positive for Fentanyl in a backpack which was located on top of the center console. They also located 98 dark blue individual squares in a waffle-type pattern forming a rectangle which also tested positive for Fentanyl. Officers then obtained a search warrant for the upper unit of 4524 20th Ave. They made contact with the resident of the lower unit, who stated that “Jess” lives upstairs. They seized a set of keys from the Lambin which unlocked the door to the upper unit. The upper unit contained a main floor with a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom, and then another floor above that which appeared to be an attic that was converted into the bedroom. Throughout these areas, officers located large quantities of various drugs, 3 firearms and a large amount of US currency. In the bedroom on the main floor, officers located a large amount of THC wax, psychedelic mushrooms, a ledger, fake Percocet pills which contained suspected Fentanyl, and several Ziploc bags containing marijuana. In the kitchen of the main floor, officers located more THC wax, assorted US currency, several Percocet pills, and numerous jars and bags of suspected marijuana. In the living room, officers located a .38 caliber revolver and a Sig Sauer semi-automatic pistol under a couch cushion. There was also a bag with 4 unopened prescription pills bottles in the name of Michael Cegers that contained 180 100 mg Gabapentin pills. In the attic, officers located a large amount of drug paraphernalia, including bongs, grinders, vacuum sealing materials and packaging. Officers also found a large amount of US currency, numerous bags of marijuana, as well as psilocybin mushrooms. Officers also located a M&P AR15 rifle near the bed in the attic as well as more Gabapentin pill bottles in the name of Michael Cegers.

  1. She faces 35 years in prison. Spoiler alert………..she’ll get probation if Gravely doesn’t outright dismiss the charges.

  2. You know, none of this would have happened if she had been behind bars as she should have! This is why we have so much criminal activity–there are NO deterrents! When someone gets arrested for a crime she had, the punishment should have been swift and harsh so as NOT to do the crime again. Also, someone like that needs to be off the streets for many decades, let’s hope that happens
