Kenosha, Firefighter Kerry Poltrock II arrested in June for Battery and Disorderly conduct, is facing new allegations according to court records. According to records within the state court website, “there is sexual abuse allegations against the father in Racine and still under review, no charges have been made.”
It is assumed that Racine District Attorney Patricia Hanson is reviewing the sexual assault charges -she was appointed as a special prosecutor on June 22nd, 2020 to oversee the other domestic charges.
Poltrock admitted to slapping his wife in a Restraining Order Hearing on July 6, 2020 and the order was granted for four years.
According to Fire Chief Charles Leipzig, Poltrock is on administrative leave from the Kenosha Fire Department.
