Accused rioter and arsonist Joshua Ziminski spent his last night in Jail on Tuesday….for now. At 6:04pm on Wednesday, March 30 Jacqueline R Ziminski posted $13,000 in the form of a check. Ziminski was released from custody about an hour later. When he was charged with felony arson, and other serious crimes, an unusually low bond was set in the amount of $1,000. He posted the $1,000 and was free until 1/31/2022 when he was supposed to go to trial. Judge Bruce Schroeder heard damning evidence at the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, and allegations that Ziminski intimidated a witness, so he raised Ziminski’s bond to $14,000 and adjourned the trial.

Ziminski is accused of being a part of the Kenosha riots of 2020 and allegedly starting a trailer on fire on August 25, 2020, the night Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed two men in self defense. Prosecutors also say that he was the person “who shot first.” For shooting a gun in the proximity of others, a felony of 1st or 2nd degree reckless endangerment is usually charged, coming with it, decades of possible prison time. The progressive Kenosha DA’s office, however, charged him with only misdemeanor disorderly conduct for shooting his pistol. If convicted of all charges, he will face 3.5 years in prison. He is scheduled to go to trial on June 21st.

no mention if it is a certified check- i just imagine if it is a personal check- it very well may bounce- or- maybe they created an anti kyle crowd fund raiser website page to get folks to donate. i blame the judge- the bail should have been $100.000 and this would never be happening had backdoor blinger not let him off so many previous crimes zimensky committed. he should already be in prison for life with zero chance of leaving prison.

Absolutely astounding the way these DAs choose to over-charge some and under-charge others.
I really have a feeling these people are all on the same roster. Look at how many cases that scumbag Gaige ‘Lefty the Lefty’ Grosshoops has had reduced or dismissed…

Let’s hope Zishitski acts up and gets lead poisoning.
