KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of choking his wife for approximately two minutes during a domestic dispute was released Monday on a no-cash bail by Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen “Half-Off” Henry, despite prosecutors asking for a $10,000 cash bail.

These aren’t judges, they’re commissioners appointed by the judges!! We need to do away with all the commissioners and let the judges do the jobs they were elected to do!! Then again, the judges are just as bad!!
