WHEATLAND, Wis. — A 19-year-old Burlington woman is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after authorities say she crossed the center line on Highway 83 Saturday morning, causing a devastating head-on crash that critically injured two sisters and led to a dramatic rescue from a burning vehicle. The suspect, Tegan S. Cox, 19, of Burlington, was cited at the scene and is now the subject of a felony referral to the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office.

19 years old. Intoxicated at 10:00 in the morning. No insurance. The people she injured will be paying for this for a long time. She needs some serious jail time.
Young and dumb! She has her whole life a head of her and she did such a stupid decision to drink and do drugs, then get behind the wheel and decide to drive! Praying for the two sisters and for their speedy recovery.
50 years for all the lives she ruined!!
5 yrs tops she will get if not probation
