Maybe there is some slow, but positive, cultural change happening at KPD. In the recent past, it was very common that officers were never arrested for DWI when they were involved in collisions. This officer was. It is almost refreshing.
Lmao i love seeing officers that arrested me getting karma. Hahahah
He deserved to get arrested for driving drunk and crashing. You probably deserved to get arrested for what you did. That’s not karma, its consequences.
The difference is he was drinking and driving and you were probably smoking meth or stealing from the dollar store, loser.
Everybody makes mistakes move on let him enjoy his life not yours dealing with people in Kenosha ain’t easy do yall ever think about that prayers to the officer.
It doesn’t give him the right to drink and drive! Luckily no one was hurt or killed. I understand the stress and trauma he could be going through but stay home and drink. Better yet, seek professional help.
The only rights you have is to die and pay taxes. Grow up and look around…
Just because a Police officer gets an OWI it doesn’t mean that they will automatically lose their job. There are policies and a union that have agreed on protocols handling a situation like this.
I’m in absolutely no way defending Cops, F/f’s or any such position when this happens. Just like others this cop might of arrested for OWI, he F’ed up and will have to face the consequences just like anyone else.
I believe K.M will make sure this is handled appropriately and with transparency!!
Police have very stressful jobs. I’m sure he’s a good one.
I have a stressful job and I’m a good person too— do I get a free pass to break laws too?
Using alcohol to cope is extremely irresponsible, I don’t care what excuses you bring. And for someone charged with upholding the law this should be frowned upon at the very least. In my opinion it should be department policy for officers to abstain from drug or alcohol use. Unfortunately though we live in a world of double standards.
Strive to be the salt of the earth, no matter what kind of experiences you’ve had in life.
Where’s the mug shot/booking info like everyone else gets when they get a DUI — or is there preferential treatment being given to certain individuals because they’re LEOs? They deserve the “name and shame” treatment like everyone else! Where’s the body cam video, or do they get a pass too?
