KENOSHA, Wis. — A 48-year-old Kenosha man has been charged with a felony after an altercation inside a Kenosha tavern allegedly left a woman with a fractured wrist and multiple serious injuries to her shoulder, elbow and tendons. Robert J. Lobacz, 48, of Kenosha, was charged Friday, Aug. 21, with one count of substantial battery, a Class I felony carrying a maximum sentence of 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The alleged altercation occurred Aug. 4, 2025, at Cheers Tavern, 4619 Eighth Ave.
