KENOSHA, Wis. — Erick Castro Gomez, 25, of Kenosha, was ordered held on $1,500 cash bail Monday by Court Commissioner Daniel E. “Catch & Release” Kellum after prosecutors accused him of operating a stolen Audi stopped by Pleasant Prairie police using a Grappler device. Kellum also dismissed a resisting-an-officer charge over the state’s objection after defense attorney Seth Johnson challenged whether the criminal complaint established probable cause.
