Michael Lorberter appeared today in Commissioner Loren Keatings intake courtroom. He is being charged in connection to a shooting that was captured on video from Monday night. He was charged today with 2 felonies, 1st and 2nd Degree Reckless Endangering safety – Use of a Dangerous Weapon. He is also charged with 8 misdemeanors. 5 of the misdemeanors stem from a separate incident that was alleged to have occurred on July 8th of this year. A detailed list of charges are below. He faces decades in prison if convicted.
