Today we heard from BLM sympothiser Koerri Washington. He has expressed publicly that Kyle Rittenhouse did not act in self-defense. In criminal cases, the Jury is entitled to hear about a witness’s criminal history. The authority of what would be told to the jury is up to the judge. In this case, none of Koerri’s arrests and convictions were explained to the Jury. This was done against the defense’s wishes. Although there were very serious charges against Washington, they were all pleaded down by Mike Graveley’s DA’s office. Today Koerri made many comments in support of the prosecution’s case.
Felony Criminal Damage to Property as Party-to-a-Crime
For an incident that occurred on November 2, 2007, Koerri was charged with a felony for his part in a causing over $3,000 in damage to a vehicle with a baseball bat after he and a buddy drove to fight two other men.
Mike Graveley’s office gave him an over-generous plea deal to a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 9 months of probation. His probation was later revoked for violating the conditions of his probation and he spent more than 4 months in jail.
Felony Possession with Intent to Deliver THC
On December 13, 2008 Washington was arrested for possessing many individual baggies of marijuana. He also had open alcohol containers in his vehicle. Mike Graveley’s DA’s office gave him yet another overly generous plea deal. He was convicted of simple misdemeanor possession. Judge Schroeder gave him a $250 fine.
Washington told his live-stream followers that his only arrest was for being busted with a “small amount of a plant that’s legal in many places.”
Koerri was also arrested as a juvenile, but he didn’t provide the specific information to the lawyers.
Washington also has an extensive list of convictions in City Court:
When the DA’s office drops felonies like “they’re hot”, there are bad consequences to that, as we see here. The jury will make a decision on Washington’s credibility without all of the information. Koerri has made many complaints to Kenosha Police claiming that he was racially profiled for being pulled over for driving without a valid license.

Very dissatisfied with koerris testify. Very very bias and kept saying he wanted to be fair and transparent. Yet his posture and answers were obviously different. Someone is more concerned about his media platform then the facts
I am surprised Washington did not wear an Altar Boy costume to court. Hopefully, the colorful manner in which Washington speaks will give his history away to the jury.
He’s the perfect D candidate! He’ll be Mayor…you watch.
