Kenosha Man Charged With Masturbating In Front Of Underage Walmart Employee

A Kenosha man had his initial appearance Thursday afternoon for a felony charge of Causing A Child To View/Listen To Sexual Activity. Dimitrius, 30, of Kenosha is accused of masturbating, while looking at a young girl in the Somers Walmart.

According to the criminal complaint:

Williams was in the Somers Walmart on October 1, 2023 at 9:48 pm and he approached a female child. He lowered his pants, exposing his boxers and started to rub his penis up and down and clearly had an erection, according to surveillance video. William asked for the girl’s phone number. The girl ran way, visibly upset. Later, when contacted by police, Williams admitted he knew why the police were looking for him, but plead the fifth amendment.

Kenosha County Prosecutor Sydney Star told the court that Williams had past incidents of this nature while a juvenile and as an adult, was charged with 4th degree sexual assault. Progressive Racine DA Patricia Hanson dismissed the serious sexual assault case and allowed Williams to plead guilty to just DC. She called Williams alleged actions “disgusting” and asked for a $5,000 cash bail.

Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner David Celebre disagreed with Star, setting bail at just $500 cash. This prompted a man in the gallery to drop F bombs at the commissioner, visibly upset at the low bail.

Williams is due back in court on October 12, 2023 for a preliminary hearing. He posted bail and is back out in public.
