A Bradford High School basketball coach named Mentenia “Monte” Nelson, Sr has returned to work after being placed on administrative leave, according to the Kenosha Unified School District. An investigation found that Nelson violated four district rules when he video recorded several underage high school girls at last year’s homecoming dance and posted the videos to his social media accounts.

A Bradford High School girl’s father, who made the complaint after seeing the video on social media, said that KUSD allowed Nelson “to prowl on our kids.” The videos, taken by Nelson, who is a full-time security guard for Bradford, show several girls at the dance, dancing and laughing. The videos are several minutes long and Nelson can be heard yelling “Yall turn around, turn around for the camera, turn around for the camera” as he is taking a video of a group of young girls at the dance. In one of the other videos, Nelson zooms in on one young girl in particular and he says “That’s a grown woman yall!”

The girl’s father interpreted the words and tone as sexualizing in nature and said he though it is creepy that the 44-year-old man viewed a 16-year-old as a “grown woman.” He also said that Nelson is a “perv” who Bradford Principal Brian Geiger allowed to “stalk high school teens.”

According to Nelson’s personnel file obtained by KCE, the Kenosha Police Officer who works as the school’s Resource Officer, received the complaint on October 12, 2023. The dance occurred on October 7, 2023. Nelson not only admitted to taking videos at the dance, but told his principal he’s done it at two other homecoming dances and two proms. He said he didn’t know that there were rules against taking photos of students, but later admitted he warned one student at the dance not to take a photo of another student without his or per permission.

Nelson told Principal Geiger that the story in the Kenosha County Eye about this incident was very alarming to him and caused is family to receive over 200 texts messages. Nelson was relieved that the Kenosha News refused to publish a story about his behavior. Nelson also said that at least one student avoided contact with him after our story broke.

Principal Brian Geiger, unbelievably recommended only a written warning to Nelson. The report that Geiger wrote was very sympatric extensively defended Nelson.

The Bradford father we spoke with told KCE that his daughter complained last school year about Nelson’s conduct in a letter sent to the School Athletic Director, John Ruffolo. He says that the school “did nothing about it.” He did tell KCE that he was unaware if the KUSD administration was made aware of the behavior. The Dad did complain about the homecoming videos as well. He was upset that nothing happened. We asked the Bradford Dad what Nelson meant by saying that’s a grown woman? “That means he doesn’t know the difference between a woman and a child,” he told KCE.

The Chief Human Resources officer, Kevin Neir (D), while properly named, is a very woke individual. KCE is aware of many cases in which Neir has a soft hand with very bad conduct within KUSD. He decided to allow Monte, a convicted felon, to keep his job and only receive a 5-day unpaid suspension We asked him why this behavior is accepted at KUSD. We asked him how a felon can be hired at KUSD. He declined comment.

Wile Principal Geiger and Kevin Neir recommended light discipline, Kenosha Unified School District Superintendent Jeffrey Weiss (D) has the final say-so and condoned Nelson’s behavior.

Monte Nelson
(Kenosha County Sheriff)

KCE did a background check on Mr. Nelson and to our surprise, we learned he had a lengthy criminal history. He arrested for selling over 15 grams of cocaine and later convicted of a felony before being hired by KUSD. The Kenosha gang unit served a warrant on his home. Nelson was seen trying to flush cocaine down the toilet, but was unsuccessful. Police found 31 grams of cocaine base along with plastic baggies and a digital scale. In Nelson’s home where two .380 caliber handguns along with ammunition, magazines, and $800 in currency. Police and prosecutors said that there was gang-related items in the home. Nelson got a year in jail followed by five years of probation.

A couple of years later, Nelson was involved in a fight at Marina Garden restaurant and when police caught up with him, he lied to them about his identity. He was charged and convicted of obstructing an officer/habitual criminality.

In the personnel file, KCE also learned that a liberal activist English teacher at Bradford, Jennifer Sepanski, was stifling free speech at the High School regarding Nelson.

In an email to the school’s counselor, she wrote in part:

“I think you already know, but students are gossiping on social media about Monty and it is very upsetting to some of our students who are close to him. I have shut down any gossip.”

Every KUSD administrator that KCE asked to answer tough questions refused.

    1. Pedo normalcy is the goal of the J*ws it aligns with their Talmudic teachings. Fact check it.

Cultural enrichers are pushed into white society by J**s to destroy it. There are creators, maintainers and destroyers. Anyone with half a brain can tell you who’s who among these labels.

The whole world lost WW2, J**s have infiltrated all governments through central banking and they use the m*son*c lodges to control nearly every town in the US through their “brotherhood”.

The nations that they don’t control, they destroy through illegal wars by the “terrorist” label and install their central bank, Iran is next. The war powers act is constantly renewed by every US president. Rid the world of Rothschild and their terrorist state created through the Balfour Declaration and the world is a better place instantly. The US and it’s “greatest ally” are the real terrorists.

Nobody is coming to save us, not Trump, not Q or some other nation. Our enemy is the same as the ones who put Jeshua on a cross. Our only hope is in Him. Meanwhile, stay away from cultural enrichers and know your enemy and inform other believers to have no trust in any man or any political party.

There are but they all have been feed the “Judeo Christianity” heap of garbage that the Rabbis have taught the pastors and priests at the seminaries so that Christians don’t awaken to the real world in which they live. I am awaiting the Noahide laws to be enforced which will make me accepting Jeshua as my savior, illegal. I am prepared to have my head cut off like the Talmud teaches and Revelation prophesied, the guillotines are already at the military bases. There is no rapture before Christ returns, another load of garbage by our 501C3 pastors.

      1. The one and only way to achieve eternal life is to accept Jesus christ as your lord and savior! He came here once and died for us! He’s coming back in the end which is more than likely closer than you think. The whole reason this world is so sick and infested with pedophiles and every other type of sick & demented idiots is because so many have turned away from Christianity (the ecceptence of Jesus Christ) and God’s word (the Bible, front to back). If there is any chance at all to turn things around, if it’s not already too late, it’s Trump! The problem is that it’s probably too late and judgment day is near. All non believers will parish! The problem isn’t that he doesn’t know the difference between a minor and a “grown woman.” The problem is that he sees these students as sexualized beings and feels free to comment on their physicality publicly, in a school setting, yet. Not to mention being bold enough to record and post the comments. He needs to realize, NOW, that this conduct won’t be tolerated. If anything similar to this happens again he should be GONE.

This behavior absolutely cannot be condoned, and the status quo cannot be maintained.

  13. This filthy pedophile should have been fired immediately and investigated for other possible sexually deviant behaviors. The entire KUSD system should be wiped out and started new with all new people who actually care about children, their education, their wellbeing and ability to be responsible, contributing adults. Currently, the Administration and most of the teachers seem to care only about transing the kids, pushing the LGBT agenda and providing them with sexually explicit materials, meanwhile, thanks to such an effete staff, students can’t read, do math, budget or know how to run a household when they graduate. It is sick. Until this system is changed, parents should homeschool or send their children to private schools that they have thoroughly vetted.

  18. First, despite this and other issues, there are good KUSD teachers, students and schools. They don’t get enough appreciation and support.

On top of that, they get overshadowed by a bloated administration, dysfunctional school board and incompetence. In other words they suffer because of this.

    Reality check:
In any organization of size there will be some “bad apples” because, if nothing else, we pick them from the human race. That’s a fact. What’s wrong with KUSD is that they do an inadequate and, frankly, incompetent job of vetting AND then fail to toss out the bad apples once they become known. This story is a classic example. It’s not the only one.

      1. People are afraid to speak out. The second the article was posted originally l, his son and others were threatening people and telling them to “meet up”. Good behavior from a family who has a staff member in kusd. Pathetic

    2. They also don’t do enough to keep the good teachers. Having worked in KUSD for a few years myself and moving to another district, the education system is broken everywhere due to the above listed problems.

  19. Well when his family gets all intense and threatens people after the original posting, people tend to be afraid to speak
    Out. Great guy and employee!!!

  20. How did this guy ever get a job with Unified?

Unified wonders why parents open enroll outside Kenosha Unified and local private schools are breaking enrollment records annually.

There are many excellent Unified employees and teachers, but this stuff is allowed to occur.

  21. As an attorney, I can tell you that KUSD can face a lot of legal liability for negligent hiring as well as negligent retention if this guy was to sell drugs to students. That is an offense that is substantially related to this individual’s job. It is a legitimate legal reason to not hire this person in the first place. I hope this family files a complaint with the US department of education as well.
