How low does the Democratic Party have to stoop? It is not bad enough that last year they doxed sitting appointees to a county committee, encouraging harassing behaviors/messages to be directed towards the committee members’ private emails But now they are hitting below the belt, attacking a candidate who is a prime example of redemption and the American Dream.
Don’t they claim to be the party of acceptance and tolerance? Duane O’Keefe, running for County Board Supervisor in District 6 is the example of the American Dream. Rising from homelessness, Duane worked hard as a mechanic for 9 years until he took a risk, putting faith into the community he loves and opened his very own automotive shop. He blindly trusted his accountant to take care of his financial reporting, as he was busy learning his new business and building community relationships.
His accountant made many errors and Duane is currently making good on those errors. To attack Duane in the way the Democratic Party has, shows that they are not the party of the people and that they talk out of both sides of their mouths. Not only is Duane making financial restitution, he is an avid volunteer in the very community that gave him a second chance at life.
He has served as a member of the Kenosha County Dive Team, mentored students at Reuther High School, and donated his services repairing vehicles for the Kenosha Achievement Center. Duane is very candid about his past. He is proud of what he has been able to overcome, and all with the help of the community he now wishes to serve.
Once again, the Democratic Party of Kenosha County has hit low and has no regard for integrity.

Democrats and their wack party here in Kenosha are all criminals, thief’s and hypocrites. It’s a sad world they live in to bash others while they have so much against them, Landry and her sick husband, Joel and his twisted views, berg, well he has a few investigations against him, don’t throw stones in that glass house
Game on, Sandy. Why are political parties involved in local nonpartisan elections? People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
I’m so tired of the low blows and cheap shots coming from leftists in Kenosha County. They talk about how great it is when people put themselves out there to run for local office, but these same scumbags go over their opponents’ nomination papers with a fine toothed comb and file ridiculous challenges like “he didn’t put the year on this date!” just to kick people off the ballot. They’re all hypocrites.
If Republicans don’t check nomination papers…then they aren’t hypocrites, they’re not doing due diligence.
Is that what Lori Hawkins was doing? Due diligence? If that was the case then she would have known prior rulings from WEC.

Hawkins is a twit and her challenge was bogus. But O’Keefe’s tax problems are more than a simple dispute with the tax collector.
Game on, Sandy. Why are political parties involved in local nonpartisan elections? People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
One reason we’re getting candidates with issues is that good people don’t want to put up with this.
What does nonpartisan mean to you? Do you believe that someone can disregard their values when the serve as elected officials? Do you think the first amendment doesn’t apply to political parties?
Shouldn’t you address those issues with the democracts?
Democrats are the biggest hypocrites. They preach acceptance, but only if it suits their political agenda. They would throw any minority under the bus if they strayed from their agenda. Forward Kenosha is a prime example…Propaganda arm of the local Democratic party.
What about Iverson as a hypocrite?
Shame on this Indian for thinking for himself and not being imprisoned on the Democrat Party reservation. Duane Okeefe is the perfect example of hard work, overcoming adversity and giving back to your community. The demorats led by Jodi Mueroff (Forward Kenosha) and Lori Hawkins have done everything to make sure a hardworking Indian does not win because he does not support their decisive radical agendas. They talk about embracing “inclusiveness” but they don’t even know what that means.
I had no idea what these people were talking about until I read this post. I’m not saying that he’s a bad guy but with that many tax warrants and judgments against him it’s not the same as if he had one or two. But both political parties should stay in their lane and out of these elections.
The Dems in Kenosha like Lori Hawkins, Jodi Muerhoff, Robin Cullen, Sabrina Landry, Joel Trudell, etc are pure evil to the core. They want to destroy Kenosha rather than build it up.
Let’s ruin America or so says the Democratic Party ! There leader Cadaver Joe just declared the military st holiest of Christian days A day to of Transgender visibility. I’m sure all the local democrats are feeling warm and fuzzy about giving God the cheap shot and the very day he rose from the dead to save mankind . These people have no moral compass .
I like how when the hypocrites like berg, Joel and others post who they endorse. Like I give a shit that some alderman endorsed someone. Your name don’t hold shit in this community. Quit thinking your bigger then you are. And quit posting about other candidates when you are facing overwhelming shit against you!
The Eye should look into Jodi Mueroffs (forward Kenosha) tax returns to make sure she’s paying her fair share of taxes.
How about investigating Erin Decker ?
It’s amazing how many vocal people are armchairing Kenosha politics but none of you run against these Libs. The only way to defeat them is to run against them, your comments in a blog aren’t going to help the situation. Would it pain any of you to go to a meeting or run for local office???
