  1. ….people see the results of others actions.

    Prison is Mainly a Punishment.
    Secondly, an attempt at Rehabilitation.
    But Mainly a Deterrent.

And Because of Kevin Mathewson, more people can see these examples to then, possibly, deter themselves from committing crimes.

Thank you Kevin for bringing us the stories we wish we didn’t see but need to see.

    1. Yes, Judges always say that one of the purposes of a sentence is to “deter” others from committing crimes, but until the KCE came on the scene, no one knew about this stuff. Today, though, anyone who considers committing a crime has been put on notice by The Eye. The message: Don’t be nuts.

This kind of journalism is a huge service to the citizenry. And on the flip-side, the KCE’s scrutiny of prosecutors has other benefits. These people have life-ruining power, and until the KCE rolled into Dodge, they went completely unmonitored. Who else is going to monitor them? Judges? No way.

      1. Luke 17:2
“It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones”.
        Matthew 18:6
“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea”.
Matthew 18:6 warns that those who cause a child to sin or stumble will face a harsh judgment. This includes those who cause a child to fall away from their faith in Christ.

        1. Just like people assuming by merely electing RINOs will make fix things. People need to help themselves- get off your ass and run for office, or at the very least attend meetings to hold elected officials accountable. Don’t just wait for reporters to tell you what to be mad at. Do the work!

  4. Oh my goodness, I hope he is very popular in prison with the big guys. Thank God he won’t be able to harm another child-and too bad we don’t have capital punishment here.

  5. Disgusting! As much as I believe in the death penalty for pedophiles, this one, save for life in prison so he can endure pain every day for the rest of his piece of shit life!

  6. Is he a Rabbi or something? I know Rabbis chew the foreskin off of babies when they do their circumcisions. They bite or use their finger nails and then suck the foreskin off.

This is a horrible sexual crime, hopefully law enforcement starts cracking down on this more.
